 INFORMATION & ADVICE SERVICES 

Our Information Services cover many areas, are tailored to match individual need, and are a first step to getting support. 

 

An appointed Case Worker will work with clients to help them identify their information and support needs.  From this first meeting we can then start to build a picture of how we can help directly, and what other services they may need to access.  This approach ensures individuals get the right help, but more importantly get the right access to help.

 

In addition to our direct support, signposting to other organisations plays an important part of our service, as we recognise the need for specialist help.  However, accessing these services can be confusing and stressful.  VivsPro can help you make those connections and support you for as long as appropriate.

 

Examples of our Information and Advice Services include:

  • Providing information on how to make meetings and appointments more accessible
  • Providing information on strategies to help relieve the effects of abuse, trauma and hardship
  • Providing information of relevant groups who support particular groups i.e. women support groups
  • Providing information and advice to disadvantaged people to help them gain sustainable employment.
